Current Chinese Science and Technology Policy
2021年3月に開催された全国人民代表大会で、「第14次五か年計画及び2035年遠景目標綱要（通称：第14次五か年計画）」が決定された。今後、科学技術イノベーションに特化した政策が本計画に沿って立案し公表されることになるが、2023年2月時点では公表されていない。そこでここでは、この第14次五か年計画に関する記述を中心に取り上げる。
At the National People's Congress held in March 2021, "the14th Five-Year Plan" was decided. Here I will focus on the descriptions regarding the 14th Five-Year Plan.

第14次五か年計画の概要
「第14次五か年計画」は、2021年から2025年までの5年に加え、2035年を展望した長期目標を含む。
The "14th Five-Year Plan'' includes the plan from 2021 to 2025, as well as the long-term goals looking toward 2035.
国家イノベーション戦略の推進
科学技術の資源配分の統合・最適化、独創的で先進的な科学技術によるブレークスルーの強化、基礎研究の継続的な強化、主要科学技術イノベーション・プラットフォームの建設を記述している。
It describes the resource allocation, the strengthening of breakthroughs, the strengthening of basic research, and the construction of innovation platforms.
産業政策とデジタル中国
第14次五か年計画では、産業政策、デジタル中国についても記述しており、科学技術イノベーションに関係のある記述を中心に述べる。
The 14th Five-Year Plan also describes industrial policy and "Digital China".
